With a long heritage of making long arm quilting machines, and with the quality the same or better today than it was 25 years ago, you can have confidence that your new machine won't be breaking down anytime soon, and if there is a part that fails due to a defect, you'll not have to worry about the cost of it.  It is important to note that some parts do need to be replaced due to wear and tear, such as bobbin cases, needles, encoder o-rings, etc.  You can view the products in our Shop and see how reasonable the cost of those "wear and tear" items are. PLEASE NOTICE THAT THIS WARRANTY IS THE SAME WHETHER FOR COMMERCIAL USE OR HOUSEHOLD USE.
